The AIPROCESSIA Golden dashboard is a panel with the key numbers from your Golden ERP (sales, collections, margin, stock and accounting) that updates itself and shows each person only their own indicators. It works with Golden (GoldenSoft). There are three plans: €39/month for one user (no email alerts or per-user permissions), €99/month for several users with permissions and alerts, and Premium at €199/month with 5 users included, where any user can also create indicators and reports with AI, in plain language. The Golden dashboard is a panel that shows the key numbers from your Golden ERP (sales, collections, margin, stock and accounting) on cards and charts you arrange yourself. An agent installed on your server recalculates them on its own. With the Premium plan, any user can also ask an AI for a new indicator or report in their own words: the AI proposes the query, Golden does the calculation, and you check the result before saving it. €39/month excl. The agent recalculates on the schedule you choose: light indicators every few minutes, heavy ones once a day.

What used to mean ordering a query is now something you do yourself, without waiting.
You type "how much do I invoice by province this year" and the AI asks only what is ambiguous (with VAT or net?). You see a preview with your own data and, if you like it, save it to your dashboard.
You ask for "sales for the last quarter by customer, with each customer's total" and get a table with groupings and subtotals that you can download to Excel.
Anything created with AI carries a "Created with AI, not reviewed" label. If you want certainty, you request a Softnet review and, once validated, it becomes a certified indicator.
What each user creates is theirs alone. Only the administrator can share it with the rest of the company.
That is why results come from your real data and not from a guess.
The AI knows the schema of the Golden tables (table and column names) and sees the first 5 rows of the test result, with personal data masked. The AI comes from an external provider. It does not receive your database.
The read-only query the AI proposes goes through a validator and runs on your server through the agent. The AI does not calculate or invent figures.
You see a preview with real rows and the "How it is calculated" text. You can ask for changes ("group it by month", "top 5 only") until it is what you meant.
Each user can use the AI up to 50 times a month. Viewing and using your saved indicators does not use up the quota.
If a query fails or comes back empty, the AI reviews it on its own; if it still does not add up, it is not saved. What it cannot calculate, it does not guess.
An agent on your server, with outbound connections only: there are no ports to open. And the AI only receives the minimum, with no personal data.
The AI comes from an external provider and sees the schema and the first 5 rows of the test result, with personal data masked. Tax IDs (CIF/NIF), phone numbers, emails, bank accounts and cards are not available to the AI and are also masked.
The agent runs read-only, validated queries on your Golden (permitted tables only, with row and time limits) and never writes anything to it.
For certified catalog indicators, only aggregated figures leave; for reports, the result rows you asked for. Never the full database.

Where it makes sense, we suggest a one- to two-week trial on your own data: read-only access, only aggregated figures leave your systems, a confidentiality agreement signed before we start, and everything deleted when we finish. The assessment is free; if a custom connector is needed, it is quoted according to your project. The next ERP we will look at after Golden is Odoo, with no date committed.
